What's in the box?
Your PawFresh paw cleaner and its USB charging cable. If your bundle includes the free grooming glove, it arrives in the same package.
Will it hurt or scare my dog?
No. The bristles are soft, flexible silicone: gentle on paw pads, tough on mud. The motor is quiet, so most dogs stay calm. If yours is nervous, start with one paw and a treat, and they'll get used to it after a few walks.
How do I use it?
Add a little water, place one paw inside and press the button. The bristles spin around the paw on their own while the water loosens mud, sand and winter salt from between the pads. Lift the paw out, pat it dry with a towel and move on to the next one.
How do I charge and clean it?
It's rechargeable with the included USB cable. After each use, pour out the dirty water and rinse the inside of the cup, and it's ready for the next walk.
⚠️ Rinse the inside only: the button is splash-resistant, but the cleaner can't be fully submerged.
Will it fit my big dog?
Yes. The opening is wide and the bristles are long, so large dogs like Labradors, Huskies and Golden Retrievers fit their whole paw. For giant breeds (Great Dane, Mastiff, Saint Bernard) it may be a tight fit.
How many muddy paw prints do you wipe up every week?
