Our online store runs on Shopify, which provides the technology needed to operate our store and offer you the Services.
By accessing, browsing or using our Services, or by placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our applicable policies, including our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

5. Orders and acceptance

You may request a return of an unopened product within 15 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Damaged, defective, incorrect or not-as-described products are covered by our 30-day warranty and are handled separately from voluntary returns.
Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy or these Terms is intended to waive or restrict consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
All content available through our Services, including the PawFresh name and logo, product names, photos, graphics, videos, text, website design, product descriptions, page layout, trademarks and other original materials, is owned by PawFresh or used with permission and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, create derivative works from or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where applicable law allows it.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any PawFresh intellectual property.

Our online store runs on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform through which we offer our products and Services. Purchases made through our website are transactions between you and PawFresh. Shopify provides the technology and infrastructure for our online store but is not the seller of PawFresh products.
12. Reviews and customer content
If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photo, comment or other content to PawFresh (“Customer Content”), you confirm that:
- You have the right to submit that content.
- The content is truthful and based on your real experience.
- The content does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- The content does not include illegal, fraudulent, threatening or malicious material.
- The content does not contain malware or harmful code.
By submitting Customer Content, you grant PawFresh a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and use that content for purposes related to operating, promoting and improving our Services, subject to applicable law.
We may remove Customer Content that violates these Terms, applicable law or our reasonable content standards. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from sharing an honest opinion or review of PawFresh or its products.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to product information, prices, promotions, availability, shipping information or other content.
Where applicable law allows, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information. If an error substantially affects an order you have already placed, we will provide an appropriate solution consistent with applicable law.

This provision does not apply to the extent the claim or loss results from unlawful conduct, negligence or other liability of PawFresh that cannot legally be transferred to you.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
19. No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce any provision of these Terms, this does not mean we waive our right to enforce it in the future.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and any other policy expressly incorporated into these Terms, form the agreement that governs the use of our Services and purchases made from PawFresh, unless applicable law states otherwise.
21. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
